Think Together partners with schools to change the odds for kids. In 1994 Think Together started its first program in the Shalimar neighborhood, a tough barrio of Costa Mesa. What began as a single neighborhood center has grown into programs in over 400 California schools – from San Diego to San Francisco – serving over 150,000 students. Founded in 1997, Think Together is building a community where all kids get a great education. Our nationally-recognized expanded learning programs offer enrichment in STEM, English, Social Sciences, Wellness, and the Arts. Through our STEM programs, students in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties participate in hands-on, project-based learning experiences in coding and robotics, and learn STEM concepts such as the scientific method and engineering design. By exposing kids to topics connected to careers, Think Together is preparing youth for a pathway to college and beyond.
